Privacy Policy
Data we collect
Identity & contact: Name, email, mobile, billing/shipping address, NRIC last 4 (for identity verification where necessary), parent/guardian contact for minors.
Transaction data: Orders, payments, attendance, certificates.
Technical data: Device/browser info, IP, cookies, analytics events.
Marketing preferences: Subscriptions, consent records, DNC status (for calls/SMS). The PDPA also includes DNC Registry provisions for marketing to Singapore numbers.
Purposes of processing
Enrolment & course delivery (including LMS access, assessments, certification).
Customer support & account management.
Payment, invoicing, tax compliance (including GST requirements).
Safety & security (fraud prevention, access logs).
Service improvement & analytics (aggregated).
Marketing (only with consent; opt‑out anytime and we’ll respect the DNC Registry where applicable).
Consent & withdrawal
We obtain consent for stated purposes; you may withdraw consent anytime with reasonable notice, and we will inform you of likely consequences and cease processing for those purposes.
Access & correction
You may request access to your personal data and information on how it was used/disclosed in the past 12 months; you may also request corrections.
Accuracy & protection
We take reasonable steps to keep data accurate and implement reasonable security arrangements to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, or similar risks.
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for business/legal purposes, then securely dispose of it.
Overseas transfers
If data is transferred outside Singapore, we ensure recipients provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA (Transfer Limitation Obligation).
Data breach notification
For a notifiable data breach, we will notify the PDPC as soon as practicable and no later than 3 calendar days after determining it is notifiable, and notify affected individuals as soon as practicable.
