Cancellation & Refunds Policy
Courses (in‑person or online, scheduled)
Cooling‑off (provider policy): Cancel ≥ 7 calendar days before the first session for a full refund (less any third‑party platform fees, if non‑recoverable).
Within 7 days of start: Refund 80%.
After course start: Pro‑rata transfers to a future cohort may be offered; refunds are not guaranteed.
If we cancel or reschedule and the alternative offered is unsuitable, you may opt for a full refund.
Note: Some categories of regulated contracts in Singapore have statutory cooling‑off rules; our courses are not in those categories unless stated. Consumers still retain protection against unfair practices under the CPFTA.
Digital products (on‑demand courses, e‑materials)
Non‑refundable once accessed/downloaded, due to the nature of digital content. If you have trouble accessing content, we’ll help with technical support or re‑enable access.
Physical products (books/kits/merch)
Change‑of‑mind: Return unopened/unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping).
Defective or not as described: You are entitled to remedies under Singapore’s “lemon law” (repair/replace; if unsuccessful, refund/price reduction).
How to request a cancellation/refund
Email support@alfawaaidlc.com.sg or WhatsApp +65 8896 6085 with your Order ID, item(s), and reason. We’ll respond within 1 business day with next steps.
Refund method & timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (bank/processor timelines may vary).
Non‑transferable items
Scholarships, vouchers, and promo codes are non‑refundable and non‑exchangeable, unless required by law.
