Scope & Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of alfawaaidlc.com.sg, your purchases, course enrolments, and any related services by Al-Fawaaid Learning Centre (“we”, “us”).
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ or have verifiable consent from a parent/guardian for minors enrolling in our programmes.
Accounts & Security
Keep your login confidential. You are responsible for activities under your account. We may suspend access for suspected misuse or security risks.
Orders & Enrolment
An order is accepted when we send an Order/Enrolment Confirmation. We may decline or cancel (with full refund) for reasons such as inaccurate pricing, inability to verify payment, or class capacity constraints.
Pricing, Taxes & Currency
Prices are listed in SGD. Where applicable, GST is 9% from 1 Jan 2024; GST‑inclusive prices will be displayed/charged according to IRAS rules.
Payments
You authorise us (or our payment processors) to charge your selected method. For PayNow/bank transfer, payment instructions appear at checkout/email. We may suspend access for overdue invoices.
Course Delivery & Changes
We may deliver classes in‑person or online (live or self‑paced). Schedules, trainers, or venues may be adjusted; equivalent alternatives or make‑up sessions will be offered where reasonable.
Materials & Intellectual Property
All content (videos, slides, notes, assessments) is protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non‑transferable licence to use course materials for your own learning. No redistribution, recording, or public sharing without written permission.
Acceptable Use
No cheating, harassment, unauthorised sharing of materials, reverse engineering of platform code, or activity that disrupts classes or systems.
Certificates & Assessments
Certificates (if applicable) require the stated attendance and assessment criteria.
Cancellations, Transfers & Refunds

Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights under Singapore consumer protection laws regarding unfair practices and remedies for defective goods.
Privacy
We collect and process personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and our Privacy Policy. Key obligations include consent, notification, access/correction, protection, retention, and transfer limitation.
Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. For digital content, performance may vary by device/network.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., epidemics, government directives, network outages).
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by Singapore law. We encourage amicable resolution; you may also seek assistance from CASE or file eligible claims with the Small Claims Tribunals (limits and timelines apply).
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by site/email with the effective date.
