Umrah 2026 Terms & Conditions
Definitions
“AFLC”, “we”, “us”, “our” means Al‑Fawaaid Learning Centre (organiser).
“You” means the primary contact and all travellers in your booking.
“Programme” means Umrah 2026 (1–13 Dec 2026).
“Deposit” means the upfront amount per traveller to secure the booking.
“Balance” means the remaining amount due after deposit.
“Working day” means Mon–Fri in Singapore (excluding public holidays).
Scope of Services
We organise and administer the Programme logistics (registration, rooming, ground arrangements with partners, information updates).
Air tickets, visas, insurance and certain on‑ground services may be provided by partner agencies; their terms also apply.
Note (Singapore Travel Agents Act): Parties arranging or supplying travel products in Singapore may require a travel agent licence; we may partner with or refer you to licensed agencies where applicable.
Eligibility & Traveller Categories
Age at travel start (1 Dec 2026) determines pricing & rules:
Adult ≥ 12 years; Child 2–11 years; Infant < 2 years.
Travellers must be medically fit to travel and perform Umrah; any special needs must be declared.
Pricing, Inclusions & Exclusions
Packages: Premium (Makkah Hotel & Maysan Al Harithia, Madinah) and Saver (Makarem Ajyad, Makkah & Saja Al Madinah) with per‑room‑type rates (Single/Double/Triple/Quad).
Optional meals: add‑on pricing per city (Makkah/Madinah).
Passport surcharge: applicable per traveller for non‑Singapore/non‑Malaysia passports.
Inclusions: Published package nights, room type as booked, stated taxes/fees where applicable.
Exclusions: Airfare, visa fees, additional meals, personal expenses, tips, laundry, medical costs, travel insurance, any services not expressly listed.
Saudi Umrah services, visa, hotel/transport bookings are currently handled via the official Nusuk Umrah platform or licensed agents under the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah, per official announcements. Requirements (e.g., advance hotel/transport bookings) may apply—travellers are responsible for meeting all current conditions.
Rooming Rules (capacity & assignment)
Capacity must equal paying occupants (Adults + Children) for each room.
Children cannot be placed in Single rooms.
Infants are not required to be assigned to rooms and should not be counted towards capacity.
Any onsite room changes are subject to availability & surcharges.
Registration, Deposit & Payments
Registration is complete only upon receipt of deposit and confirmation email/WhatsApp from AFLC.
Deposit: SGD [500] per traveller via PayNow (QR/instructions provided). Deposits are non‑refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise herein.
Balance due: no later than [60] days before departure ([2 Oct 2026]).
Late payment: may result in automatic cancellation with forfeiture per the cancellation policy.
Currency: All prices are in SGD; bank charges & FX differences are borne by you.
Cancellations & Changes by You
Name/room changes after confirmation may incur administrative fees and rate differences. Cancellation fees (per traveller; deposit non‑refundable):
≥ 90 days before departure: Deposit forfeited.
60–89 days: 50% of total price.
30–59 days: 75% of total price.
< 30 days / no‑show: 100% of total price.
Refunds (if any) are returned to the original payer within [30] working days after written cancellation.
Cancellations/Changes by AFLC (including supplier actions)
We may change, reschedule, or cancel the Programme where necessary for safety, compliance, or operational reasons, including government orders, border closures, public health events, extreme weather, force majeure. Our options may include moving dates, offering equivalent alternatives, or credit notes/refunds per costs recovered from suppliers.
Force Majeure: Events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, wars, government actions, pandemics) may excuse performance or alter remedies; precise outcomes depend on contract wording and local law.
Travel Documents, Visas, Compliance
You are responsible for valid passports (min. 6‑month validity from entry), Umrah visa/permits, and adherence to Saudi regulations.
Nusuk Umrah is the official digital gateway for Umrah visas/services and may require verified hotel & transport bookings prior to visa issuance; conditions can change and must be checked at the time of application.
Failure to meet entry/visa requirements constitutes a traveller‑caused cancellation (fees apply).
Health, Safety & Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance (medical coverage, trip cancellation, baggage) is required and must be purchased upon booking.
You must disclose medical conditions and carry necessary medication/prescriptions.
Conduct & Behaviour
Participants must respect local laws, programme schedules, accommodation rules, and guidance from AFLC or appointed guides.
AFLC may remove any participant whose behaviour jeopardises safety or disrupts the group—no refunds in such cases.
Personal Data & Privacy (PDPA)
We collect and use personal data solely for Umrah trip administration, including contact, travel arrangements, visa/permit support, payments, and safety.
We follow the PDPA obligations (e.g., consent, notification, purpose limitation, protection, accuracy, retention, transfer limitation, access & correction).
You may request access/rectification; we retain data only for business/legal purposes and protect it with reasonable security measures.
Communications may be sent via email/WhatsApp; you can withdraw consent with reasonable notice (this may affect service delivery).
Special Requests (Meals, Ihram, Rooming)
Meal add‑ons and ihram requests are subject to availability.
Cuisine options are indicative; AFLC may substitute equivalent meals if necessary.
Liability & Indemnity
AFLC is not liable for loss, damage, injury, delay or expenses caused by airlines, hotels, transport providers, or circumstances beyond our control.
You agree to indemnify AFLC against claims arising from your negligence, misrepresentation, or breach of these T&C.
Complaints
Please notify AFLC as soon as practicable of any issue during the Programme. We will attempt to resolve it reasonably and promptly.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T&C are governed by Singapore law.
Disputes shall be resolved in Singapore via negotiation; failing that, you agree to the courts of Singapore.
Miscellaneous
Severability: If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays effective.
Entire Agreement: These T&C (with your booking confirmation/invoice) form the entire agreement.
Updates: AFLC may update these T&C; the version in your confirmation applies.
